Happy Friday! Today I have teamed up with Banana Republic to bring you this chic but feminine look. I think those words describe the aesthetic to my daily style (I like to mix a little of both). This look reminded me of a Chanel inspired piece since it has the tweed detailing all over & it has a fit and flare cut to the bottom of it.
I was really happy when the team over at BR reached out because we wanted to work on a "petite" look from their petites collection, which is essentially perfect for any 5'1 girl like myself! I often struggle to find clothing that has the correct fit to them (I'm SO OCD about right fitting clothing). Half - if not most of the time, I need my outfits altered....So with stores such as Banana Republic that provide their petite customers with that advantage, it just makes everything that much easier for us. Since I am very tiny in height I would ususally never pair any kind of dress with flats, but I really wanted to embrace my petite side & add an edgy flair with these metallic babes (which are on mega sale! I've linked them above)
