As women, we are empowering and most of the time (if not all the time) very busy. Today I have teamed up with Kohls for an everyday runway look. This is a concept I have always admired and try to embody in my everyday life. Just as the "everyday runway" states, we can definitely conquer our everyday as our runway. No matter where you work, or what type of life you live on the daily, it's important that we have our own personal style & that we are free to embrace it whenever and wherever! Looking your best doesn't always mean splurging on an outfit or even being "overdressed". Although, I am always on #teamoverdressed, a simple blouse & a denim skirt can take you a long way!
When I was styling this look, I wanted to feature a feminine blouse that the "every day woman" could wear on any type of occasion. I came across Lauren Conrad's collection (which could be exclusively found at Kohls) and thought it was the daintiest & prettiest line I had seen a while.The lace detailing provides an elegant and delicate detailing, while the collar tie gives this top all the spice it needs for the fall season (which you can easily slip off the collar if you'd like to wear the top without the tie). Statement pieces like this top are so important to have because like I have said a million times, they can really transform an entire look and give it a chic everyday runway touch.
