It's August 1rst finally, and that means a fresh new start to a month full of new possibilities. I wouldn't want to start this first day without this sleek look mean while I pack for LA this Thursday! I'm so excited to be attending a very special conference in the city that truly has my heart, and I cannot wait to bring the coverage to you all. It will be such a great learning experience, especially getting to surround my self with other empowering women in the industry.
Anyways, It seems very obvious that silk has made a quick comeback along with the era of the 90's it belonged in. We saw cute little slip (night time looking) dresses like this one in movies such as Clueless! There is a lot of lingerie inspired looking pieces trending for the upcoming fall season that I have already caught my eye (and I may or may have not collected a couple pieces already to shoot!) How do you feel about it?! (p.s) This dress did come with the silk choker....and I totally loved that fact because it gave it a modern edge while mixing it with some 90's grunge.
Along with the silk trend, plastic clear looking heels and boots are going to be major for the fall as well. Funny enough I have had these clear heels (pictured above) for about 3 years now! Trends come and they go.
