How prim & proper is this dress? I love it! Its so "lady-like". This adorable long sleeve laced dress is from designer Blu-Pepper. Although Blue-Pepper is a wholesale company, I scored this look at TJ Maxx including the bag! Never underestimate Tj Maxx. I'm all about affordable fashion, and I love shopping there because if you actually take time to look around you will find the cutest pieces. I added the hat to this look because it gives an edge to the whole outfit and gives it this boho 60's vibe which I love.
